Hemosiderosis iconpackager

i really couldn't find the author of this icon pack,i had it in my collection,i just made its iconpackager to be used in windows.if someone knows its original owner,plz do let me know,i want to thank him.
but still if no body knows,for this great great icon pack,i want to thank him.he has made a very awesome icon pack.

i made it in windows 7,so it will work with both vista and 7 but with xp i am not sure,as icon pixels were 256*.
